Our journey began long before our official founding in 2020. Our roots go back to 2012 when the real estate market was just beginning to recover from the depths of the housing market crash. This was a transformative time for both the industry and our founder, setting the stage for what would eventually become a leading real estate investment and development company in Eastern Tennessee.

The Birth of a Vision:

In 2012, the real estate landscape was in flux. As the market began to emerge from the bottom of the housing crisis, I found myself in a pivotal moment of my life. Newly married and expecting our first child, I was navigating the challenges of being a business owner in a retail sector that was slowing down due to economic conditions. Despite high unemployment rates, finding employees willing to work in retail was a constant struggle.

Looking to diversify my savings and maintain my household amidst the economic uncertainty, I began exploring new avenues. It was during this time that I encountered a good Samaritan facing foreclosure. He was on the brink of losing his home, and the situation resonated deeply with me. I saw an opportunity to make a difference, not just for him, but for others in similar situations.

A Turning Point: The First Real Estate Success

I was able to negotiate a deal with his lender that allowed him to remain in his home by paying reduced rent at 70% of his original mortgage payment. Although he lost home ownership, this arrangement enabled him to keep his family in place for the next few years until his children graduated. It was a win-win situation that sparked my interest in real estate and ignited a passion for helping others navigate financial challenges.
